At Paul White Company, we’re committed to the highest standards of excellence – both in our service to clients, and in the environment and culture we foster within our own company.

We believe that a company that treats its employees right will attract the right kind of employee – the highly-talented, highly-motivated individuals who will always give 110 percent to make sure a client is happy and a project is done right.

Building a team

The Paul White Company workforce is a diverse, friendly and enthusiastic group of individuals who are committed to providing outstanding craftsmanship as well as the best customer service. From experienced professionals to entry-level employees, we know how to recognize and nurture talent and dedication.

If someone is just graduating high school, we’ll talk to them. Changing careers or needs a second chance? We’ll talk to them. Has 30 years in the industry and wants to continue to work? We’ll talk to them. We aim to build a team that enjoys their work and shows it through the quality of work they do. And we’ll help them build the skills they need for success

Providing tools for a brighter future

Our workforce development program combines skill and safety training with wellness and financial programs to help our staff grow personally and professionally. Alongside the more traditional perks we offer employees like company barbecues, we also offer financial counseling and interest-free loans to employees who show promise but might just need a little help getting solid footing in their personal life.

If you’re willing to work, willing to learn, willing to live out our company values, and willing to help yourself, you’ll be a successful member of our team.

Creating a culture

Paul White Company is a positive workplace. Why? Because we foster a culture of support where individual team members are respected and encouraged. The construction industry can be tough — and it can be demanding. But when you know you’re a part of a team driving toward a common goal, the hard work becomes a little easier. We’ve found this approach means happier people all around – happier employees and happier clients.

We’ve had success because of the many employees whose talents have resulted in satisfied customers throughout New England since 1970. We are well aware that our company would not be where it is today without them, and we are committed to keeping Paul White Company a place where people can enjoy working, feel supported, and know they are appreciated.
