What products and services do you offer?

We’re a full-service organization, providing one-stop shopping for ceramic and porcelain tile, hardwood, vinyl, linoleum, carpet, granite and marble, cabinetry, bamboo and cork.

What materials do you stock?

All materials are custom-ordered to suit individual projects. We use a large network of suppliers who have products readily available, reducing lead times.

Do you install the materials you sell?

Yes, we have our own installers and a select group of qualified subcontractors.

Is it possible to buy materials only?

Yes, our team will be happy to help you find the right materials for your job.

Do you design kitchens and bathrooms?

Yes, our certified kitchen designers will work with you on full kitchen or bathroom remodels as well as new construction designs.

What is the best flooring material to use in a basement?

It depends on how a basement is used. If it’s primarily a play area for children, carpet may be best. Adults may prefer the warm luster of wood. Ceramic or porcelain tile is another option, offering longevity and ease of maintenance. Our recommendation will also depend on whether moisture is an issue. If moisture is detected, we can provide a number of cost-effective measures that ensure a successful installation.

What is the difference between ceramic and porcelain tile?

Porcelain is a type of ceramic made from finer clay and minerals that is fired at higher temperatures. This results in a denser, harder tile that is more resistant to stains, water and scratches. Thirty percent harder than ceramic tile, porcelain tile will withstand years of heavy foot traffic while maintaining its color and beauty. Like all ceramics, porcelain tiles are available in a wide variety of colors and styles.

What size tile should I use?

In general, we recommend using the largest tile possible. However, there are often design considerations in selecting a certain size tile. For example, you wouldn’t want to use large tile in a small bathroom or hallway – and you may opt for a border design or a decorative mosaic.

Do you sell and service natural stone?

Yes, we cut, finish and install stone countertops, window sills and more. We can also create customized inlay designs using more than one type of stone.
