This year, to thank our team for all of their dedication and hard work, we held an end-of-summer lobster roll and BBQ lunch. We won’t say it was a celebration – because who wants to celebrate the end of summer? – but it was certainly a fun event.
We feasted on delicious lobster rolls, hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and cookies. It was wonderful to see our team come together off the job, to enjoy each other’s company, delicious food, and some well-deserved downtime.
Events like this are about thanking our team, but they also help build cohesion that helps people work better as a team. At Paul White Company, we know that a strong team makes for better work.
